Hello!
Why are we writing to you?
Because you are our Guest. Your Parent or Guardian has booked a stay in our Apartment. If you arrived with someone other than your Parent or Guardian, we have ensured that your Parent or Guardian agreed to this.
We want you to feel safe and comfortable.
How do we know who you are?
We know your full name because the adult made the reservation using your details. We do this to make sure everything is in order.
Our employee may ask the adult you arrived with to:
- show your documents,
- explain who that person is to you,
- provide contact details for your Parent or Guardian.
Who is our employee?
Sometimes during check-in at the apartment, our employee is present.
This is a person who works for our company and takes care of Guests’ safety, including children.
You can trust this person.
Remember!
Adults cannot hit you, pull you, shove you, humiliate you, insult you, embarrass you, or threaten you. You have the right to feel safe and be treated with respect.
No one can hug, embrace, stroke, tickle, or touch you if you do not want it or if you feel uncomfortable.
No one can take photos of you without your permission or post them on the Internet.
What can you do if something bad is happening?
If you feel unsafe, scared, or someone is hurting you:
- tell our employee,
- tell your Parent or Guardian,
- you can also call 112.
If our employee or another person notices that you might be in danger, they will report this information to their supervisor.
If you are afraid or an adult is hurting you - you can always tell our employee or call 112.
We are here to make sure you feel safe.
