How to buy a voucher?

Select a voucher amount on the Flatbook site.
Add the voucher to your cart and order online.
Fill in the buyer's details and, if you want, a dedication for the recipient.
Make the payment for your order.
Once payment is processed, the voucher will be sent to the email provided during purchase.
You can print the voucher or send it electronically to the recipient.

How to use the voucher?

The voucher can be used for a stay in a chosen Flatbook apartment, subject to availability.
To book a stay, contact us and provide the voucher number. We'll help choose the apartment and date that suit your needs.
The voucher value is deducted from the booking price.
If the stay costs more than the voucher value, the difference must be paid.
Unused voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Voucher validity depends on apartment availability and applicable terms and prices for the chosen dates.
Additional charges may apply for selected dates, seasons, or special offers.
The voucher must be used within its validity period stated at purchase.
